I was reading what has now become wone of my favorite series of books, and came across a quote. I love this quote, and wanted to share it with yall. It makes me think about my mind set two years ago. I had accepted that there was an alternative to winning my battle against cancer, I knew that it was not in my control the outcome, but could not believe that I was not supposed to fight. I had a single minded thought...I had to get better for my family. I would let no one, including doctors and nurses hurt my chances. I considered no one's ideas as the gospel, except God's. If I think about where I am today....I think those same ideas could be said for how we live our everyday lives. We can not whole heartedly trust anyone's judgement, except God's. Here's the quote. Don't turn it to what you might want it to be. Let it be for your battle with God at your side. "If it's worth fighting for, it's worth winning."
