today

Today is going to be a crazy one! We have planned to work, pick up Ele and go to Vandy for appts the rest of the day. We will find out about Robert's eyes long term, and about Ele. Pray for miracles! On a lighter note. I came home with my prize yesterday.....I got my 32" flat panel TV! I won it at work for losing the most fat%....6.4%! I am now almost at the weight I was before I got sick (But slimmer cause I've been exercising). Ele and Eme were asking me about the TV, and I said you know how Momma lost weight in my booty and belly? They said yes, so I said well I won a TV for it at work. Eme gasps and jerks up my shirt and looks at my belly! I said, "It's not in my belly crazy! It's in the car!" Have a great day yall!

A girl I work with's daughter was in the Mexican resturant eating when she felt something lick and nibble her foot. She looked under the table and saw...yep you guessed it....a mouse. She screams, kicks the mouse and looks and the mouse can't run...she's broke it's leg. So the waiters got the mouse, and she got her meal for free, but she couldn't eat it! haha! Moral of the story. strength

Some days we don't feel as though we have the strength to do much of anything.  To get up, to eat, to not eat, to fight the daily battle of traffic, work, or relationships....why?  Mainly because we lose our confidence.  Our confidence in the ability to "handle" things.  Remember the verse: "I  can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." Phillipians 4:13.    We have talked before about how we are not alone, but we have not discussed how the devil attacks our confidence in the ability to achieve.  The ability that when we are doing what the Lord wants we can accomplish it through Him...not alone.  Repeatedly through the Bible God says that he will not forsaken us for he is with us.  If you have a doubt about something, first is it something that God wishes, second if it is then know that the devil is in play...including the attempted breakdown of your inner strength.  After you realize that keep telling yourself that God is with you and you have the
