So I've had contacts for years and chemo brain for years so you should think these things wouldn't amaze me....I go to put in my contacts and at the same time am thinkin...I'm not even sleepy cause we stayed up watching tv...which made me lose my focus. I put my contact in and immediately couldn't see! At first I panic. I think Oh my Lord what is happening? One eye is like I have no contact and the other is horrible!!! Now why would I panic about something happening to me. I mean its not as though I'm accident prone or something (come on not ALL of it is my fault..) well I immediately calm down and realize that for the first time in my life I put both contacts in one eye. I will not tell you how long it took me to discover it. Laugh at yourself today and Thank God he gave us you...yes just like you are.

A girl I work with's daughter was in the Mexican resturant eating when she felt something lick and nibble her foot. She looked under the table and saw...yep you guessed it....a mouse. She screams, kicks the mouse and looks and the mouse can't run...she's broke it's leg. So the waiters got the mouse, and she got her meal for free, but she couldn't eat it! haha! Moral of the story. strength

Some days we don't feel as though we have the strength to do much of anything.  To get up, to eat, to not eat, to fight the daily battle of traffic, work, or relationships....why?  Mainly because we lose our confidence.  Our confidence in the ability to "handle" things.  Remember the verse: "I  can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." Phillipians 4:13.    We have talked before about how we are not alone, but we have not discussed how the devil attacks our confidence in the ability to achieve.  The ability that when we are doing what the Lord wants we can accomplish it through Him...not alone.  Repeatedly through the Bible God says that he will not forsaken us for he is with us.  If you have a doubt about something, first is it something that God wishes, second if it is then know that the devil is in play...including the attempted breakdown of your inner strength.  After you realize that keep telling yourself that God is with you and you have the
