Last night Robert was telling Daddy and I about his morning conversation with Eme.


 

Robert needed cash yesterday morning and Eme had a $10 bill from her birthday laying there.

Robert says, "Hey Eme. What about you let me borrow that $10 bill?"

Eme replies, "Only if you give me $15 back!"


 

Laughing Robert says, "Can you believe that?" to which I reply, "Where did she learn that?!"

Daddy just smiled and said proudly, "I taught her about interest."

A girl I work with's daughter was in the Mexican resturant eating when she felt something lick and nibble her foot. She looked under the table and saw...yep you guessed it....a mouse. strength

Some days we don't feel as though we have the strength to do much of anything.  To get up, to eat, to not eat, to fight the daily battle of traffic, work, or relationships....why?  Mainly because we lose our confidence.  Our confidence in the ability to "handle" things.  Remember the verse: "I  can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."
