husband proud




OK...so when you see the first pic you are wondering why is she posting a pic of a wheel.....well folks, look at the second pic closely.....yes, that is my husband mowing the yard with his pitiful lawnmower. He loves this silly mower...so much that to turn it off you have to hold two wires together and short it out....well today it lost a wheel and he kept mowing with it! It will never die, and if it does I think he'll figure out some way to drag it around and make it work! Please continue to pray for us to get better....Lex and Eme are well (prayers worked)...Ele and I are still feverin.

A girl I work with's daughter was in the Mexican resturant eating when she felt something lick and nibble her foot. She looked under the table and saw...yep you guessed it....a mouse. She screams, kicks the mouse and looks and the mouse can't run...she's broke it's leg. So the waiters got the mouse, and she got her meal for free, but she couldn't eat it! haha! Moral of the story. strength

Some days we don't feel as though we have the strength to do much of anything.  To get up, to eat, to not eat, to fight the daily battle of traffic, work, or relationships....why?  Mainly because we lose our confidence.  Our confidence in the ability to "handle" things.  Remember the verse: "I  can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." Phillipians 4:13.    We have talked before about how we are not alone, but we have not discussed how the devil attacks our confidence in the ability to achieve.  The ability that when we are doing what the Lord wants we can accomplish it through Him...not alone.  Repeatedly through the Bible God says that he will not forsaken us for he is with us.  If you have a doubt about something, first is it something that God wishes, second if it is then know that the devil is in play...including the attempted breakdown of your inner strength.  After you realize that keep telling yourself that God is with you and you have the
