Yesterday, the girls were playing on the trampoline and talking about being hot....so I snuck outside and gave them ice. They had a ball! In the beginning the cubes were stuck to their backsides. When I gave it to them they said, "You're the best Momma in the whole world!" So I came outside with the camera and asked them what they had said earlier....Ele says, "I know what you're doing...you want us to say it again so you can get it on the camera!" Yep....and I was/will play it again some day to remind them! Smart kid! Please continue to pray for Tyson. He is doing better little by little, but they said it will take him a while as he is older and was so sick. Please pray for Me-Maw, a family friend who is battling cancer.

A girl I work with's daughter was in the Mexican resturant eating when she felt something lick and nibble her foot. She looked under the table and saw...yep you guessed it....a mouse. She screams, kicks the mouse and looks and the mouse can't run...she's broke it's leg. So the waiters got the mouse, and she got her meal for free, but she couldn't eat it! haha! Moral of the story. strength

Some days we don't feel as though we have the strength to do much of anything.  To get up, to eat, to not eat, to fight the daily battle of traffic, work, or relationships....why?  Mainly because we lose our confidence.  Our confidence in the ability to "handle" things.  Remember the verse: "I  can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." Phillipians 4:13.    We have talked before about how we are not alone, but we have not discussed how the devil attacks our confidence in the ability to achieve.  The ability that when we are doing what the Lord wants we can accomplish it through Him...not alone.  Repeatedly through the Bible God says that he will not forsaken us for he is with us.  If you have a doubt about something, first is it something that God wishes, second if it is then know that the devil is in play...including the attempted breakdown of your inner strength.  After you realize that keep telling yourself that God is with you and you have the
