Eme got in trouble Monday at school. She got a sad face in her folder for playing instead of doing her work. I wrote a note to the teacher and Eme got in trouble. Tuesday afternoon, my Momma thought she'd be smart and ask Eme about it...."Eme, let me see your sad face in your folder." Eme replied, "That has been taken care of Gege." Momma says, "Did you get a sad face today?" To which Eme replied, "That is NOT going to happen again". Basically the note that I sent to the teacher! Smart baby! Oh! and when Robert heard about her getting in trouble he smiled and said, "Well we knew it was going to happen sooner or later!"

A girl I work with's daughter was in the Mexican resturant eating when she felt something lick and nibble her foot. She looked under the table and saw...yep you guessed it....a mouse. She screams, kicks the mouse and looks and the mouse can't run...she's broke it's leg. So the waiters got the mouse, and she got her meal for free, but she couldn't eat it! haha! Moral of the story. strength

Some days we don't feel as though we have the strength to do much of anything.  To get up, to eat, to not eat, to fight the daily battle of traffic, work, or relationships....why?  Mainly because we lose our confidence.  Our confidence in the ability to "handle" things.  Remember the verse: "I  can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." Phillipians 4:13.    We have talked before about how we are not alone, but we have not discussed how the devil attacks our confidence in the ability to achieve.  The ability that when we are doing what the Lord wants we can accomplish it through Him...not alone.  Repeatedly through the Bible God says that he will not forsaken us for he is with us.  If you have a doubt about something, first is it something that God wishes, second if it is then know that the devil is in play...including the attempted breakdown of your inner strength.  After you realize that keep telling yourself that God is with you and you have the
