pepper skins

Pepper...Momma and Daddy's dog is rotten. Eme has helped make him so. He had a VERY hard time when Eme went to school, because all his life he always had her. Turns out they wrestle very hard, with Eme (much to my getting on to her) will body slam him by his hair and pounce on him. He takes it well, and dishes it out pretty good himself. Needless to say they are the closest. Lex is no longer scared of him, and all Ele really wants to do is take care of him. This weekend Ele said she was pottying and he ran in the bathroom (the door is usually shut because he carries rolls of toilet paper around), and jumped in the tub! Ele thought it was the funniest thing! Daddy had Eme call me and tell me what Pepper liked to chew on....she calls them "Cow Skins". Have a great day yall...remember to hold the ones you love.

A girl I work with's daughter was in the Mexican resturant eating when she felt something lick and nibble her foot. She looked under the table and saw...yep you guessed it....a mouse. She screams, kicks the mouse and looks and the mouse can't run...she's broke it's leg. So the waiters got the mouse, and she got her meal for free, but she couldn't eat it! haha! Moral of the story. strength

Some days we don't feel as though we have the strength to do much of anything.  To get up, to eat, to not eat, to fight the daily battle of traffic, work, or relationships....why?  Mainly because we lose our confidence.  Our confidence in the ability to "handle" things.  Remember the verse: "I  can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." Phillipians 4:13.    We have talked before about how we are not alone, but we have not discussed how the devil attacks our confidence in the ability to achieve.  The ability that when we are doing what the Lord wants we can accomplish it through Him...not alone.  Repeatedly through the Bible God says that he will not forsaken us for he is with us.  If you have a doubt about something, first is it something that God wishes, second if it is then know that the devil is in play...including the attempted breakdown of your inner strength.  After you realize that keep telling yourself that God is with you and you have the
