We got the results today on Ele's tests. Her ANA is positive, which means that she can have an autoimmune arthritic disease, or not. We won't know until she goes to the specialist next week. The way I look at it we are no different than we were yesterday. God is still watching over us as he was yesterday and everyday. Worrying about it will do no good, because it is in his hands, instead of worrying, I will pray everyday, every moment that I want to worry I will stop myself and say a prayer. It will be no different now, during, or after the Dr's appt, just as the results, because we will always want to worry about our children. I cannot do anything to change the results, nor anything to prepare for the appt, so I might as well do what I can, and that is pray.

A girl I work with's daughter was in the Mexican resturant eating when she felt something lick and nibble her foot. She looked under the table and saw...yep you guessed it....a mouse. She screams, kicks the mouse and looks and the mouse can't run...she's broke it's leg. So the waiters got the mouse, and she got her meal for free, but she couldn't eat it! haha! Moral of the story. strength

Some days we don't feel as though we have the strength to do much of anything.  To get up, to eat, to not eat, to fight the daily battle of traffic, work, or relationships....why?  Mainly because we lose our confidence.  Our confidence in the ability to "handle" things.  Remember the verse: "I  can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." Phillipians 4:13.    We have talked before about how we are not alone, but we have not discussed how the devil attacks our confidence in the ability to achieve.  The ability that when we are doing what the Lord wants we can accomplish it through Him...not alone.  Repeatedly through the Bible God says that he will not forsaken us for he is with us.  If you have a doubt about something, first is it something that God wishes, second if it is then know that the devil is in play...including the attempted breakdown of your inner strength.  After you realize that keep telling yourself that God is with you and you have the
