sunny

Don't sunny days make you feel more alive? I remember the first time I sat in my chair soon after returning home from transplant, and just staring out the window....it was cold out, but sunny....beautiful. Why is it that on rainy days it seems fitting for a funeral, but on sunny days a party. Today is a sunny day, and hot, but our moods should be happy. Try to make everyday a sunny day. God gave us our days, and when the end nears, we are gonna want those cloudy days to try again. We don't have that option, but we do have the ability to enjoy ALL our days, rain or shine.

A girl I work with's daughter was in the Mexican resturant eating when she felt something lick and nibble her foot. She looked under the table and saw...yep you guessed it....a mouse. She screams, kicks the mouse and looks and the mouse can't run...she's broke it's leg. So the waiters got the mouse, and she got her meal for free, but she couldn't eat it! haha! Moral of the story. strength

Some days we don't feel as though we have the strength to do much of anything.  To get up, to eat, to not eat, to fight the daily battle of traffic, work, or relationships....why?  Mainly because we lose our confidence.  Our confidence in the ability to "handle" things.  Remember the verse: "I  can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." Phillipians 4:13.    We have talked before about how we are not alone, but we have not discussed how the devil attacks our confidence in the ability to achieve.  The ability that when we are doing what the Lord wants we can accomplish it through Him...not alone.  Repeatedly through the Bible God says that he will not forsaken us for he is with us.  If you have a doubt about something, first is it something that God wishes, second if it is then know that the devil is in play...including the attempted breakdown of your inner strength.  After you realize that keep telling yourself that God is with you and you have the
