Day2

Well, Robert emailed me and we all got to talk to him tonight. He is doing great. He said that when he rounded the corner from customs there was 20-25 of his relatives waiting for him pressed against the glass waiving, and that he felt like Justin Timberlake! haha! He had a great day, went to the museum, and is at Uncle George's right now. I'm so happy for him and proud. He said that they drive like bats out of hell, and that there is a lot of air pollution, but it is safe. He is still a little nervous and getting used to everyone. I just hope it doesn't take him all week when he's ready to come home, to open up. I think he's gonna be fine though. Thanks for all the prayers!

A girl I work with's daughter was in the Mexican resturant eating when she felt something lick and nibble her foot. She looked under the table and saw...yep you guessed it....a mouse. She screams, kicks the mouse and looks and the mouse can't run...she's broke it's leg. So the waiters got the mouse, and she got her meal for free, but she couldn't eat it! haha! Moral of the story. strength

Some days we don't feel as though we have the strength to do much of anything.  To get up, to eat, to not eat, to fight the daily battle of traffic, work, or relationships....why?  Mainly because we lose our confidence.  Our confidence in the ability to "handle" things.  Remember the verse: "I  can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." Phillipians 4:13.    We have talked before about how we are not alone, but we have not discussed how the devil attacks our confidence in the ability to achieve.  The ability that when we are doing what the Lord wants we can accomplish it through Him...not alone.  Repeatedly through the Bible God says that he will not forsaken us for he is with us.  If you have a doubt about something, first is it something that God wishes, second if it is then know that the devil is in play...including the attempted breakdown of your inner strength.  After you realize that keep telling yourself that God is with you and you have the
