little ones

I talk about the girls a lot but who doesn't talk about their kids? We love them and brag on them, and are proud of even their most "precious" moments. I love the girls, and know all of you with kids are smiling saying I love mine! We need to remember that they grow up fast! Eme is on their computer playing Caillou, and he's saying "Let's Play!" over and over, but it amazes me how she know s how to play it, and work it like crazy when she is still little, but then she always amazes us! We all need to hug our "Little Ones" real hard cause they won't be little forever. Say a prayer for a friend of ours Em, her family, and her new addition Andrew. Congratulations Em! I remember holding the girls, and it really does seem like just yesterday.

A girl I work with's daughter was in the Mexican resturant eating when she felt something lick and nibble her foot. She looked under the table and saw...yep you guessed it....a mouse. She screams, kicks the mouse and looks and the mouse can't run...she's broke it's leg. So the waiters got the mouse, and she got her meal for free, but she couldn't eat it! haha! Moral of the story. strength

Some days we don't feel as though we have the strength to do much of anything.  To get up, to eat, to not eat, to fight the daily battle of traffic, work, or relationships....why?  Mainly because we lose our confidence.  Our confidence in the ability to "handle" things.  Remember the verse: "I  can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." Phillipians 4:13.    We have talked before about how we are not alone, but we have not discussed how the devil attacks our confidence in the ability to achieve.  The ability that when we are doing what the Lord wants we can accomplish it through Him...not alone.  Repeatedly through the Bible God says that he will not forsaken us for he is with us.  If you have a doubt about something, first is it something that God wishes, second if it is then know that the devil is in play...including the attempted breakdown of your inner strength.  After you realize that keep telling yourself that God is with you and you have the
